Relax Bears are essentially gummy bears with 10mg of CBD per gummy. A packet of the gummies gives you 5 delicious gummy bears, which get you 50mg total of CBD. This is a good way to start with CBD, for multiple reasons. The first, when you compare it to oil, it is easier to dose, and some may not like the taste of Hemp. The dosing is quite fun actually. You receive a little syringe which you draw the CBD oil with. You then push the CBD oil under your tongue, hold it there for 30 seconds, then swallow it. The taste is different, certainly not bad, but may take some getting used to for people who are new to CBD or have never tasted Hemp.

With there being some early studies showing CBD being beneficial for pain relief, it’s no surprise that Green Roads has a muscle-rub. Green Roads Heat Relief is a roll-on balm which contains a blend of menthol, aloe, arnica montana, and of course, CBD.
A big benefit of a topical relief agent is you can target the areas of discomfort. This is an easy roll-on application that you can put on any sore area of your body.
If you’re looking for muscle and joint relief, that is more immediate, then this roll-on is probably something worth trying out. While it can certainly provide immediate relief due to the cooling effect of menthol, using it on a consistent basis may also be a good way to aid in long-term pain relief as well.
