The new LGND is quite the upgrade of the LGND of old. The OG LGND featured KSM-66, Aquamin, Green Tea Extract (Epicatachin), and Cocoabuterol. The updated formula has similar ingredients, just bigger dosages.
We get KSM-66 Ashwagandha again, but instead of 600mg (the clinically accepted dosage) we are getting a massive 800mg dose. Green Tea Extract is used again, but this time as Vaso6, the pump enhancing ingredient. Vaso6 is used at 600mg. We typically see this at 300mg in pre-workout and pump supplements. Laxosterone, a plant-based steroid (not illegal) is used at the acceptable amount of 100mg. Cocobuterol is used again at 100mg. Finally, to ensure absorption, Inspired gives us 50mg of AstraGin and 10mg of Bioperine.

This thing is packed. KSM-66 is one of my favorite ingredients. We typically see this at 600mg, so to get 800mg it is awesome. I also love the addition of 600mg of Vaso6 for enhanced NO production and blood flow. I truly feel this will hit harder than the OG, and provide better results.
