legion phoenixLegion Athletics is back, and this time, they have launched a reformulation of their non-stim fat burner Phoenix. Legion is a brand that we love here on FI, for the simple reason that they do not overhype anything. They make effective products with well-studied ingredients, so don’t expect some random stimulants in here that may have been studied on rabbits with 3 legs.

Phoenix is a non-stim fat burner, meaning it has no Caffeine, which is what most fat burners simply are. The profile starts off with Carallyma fimbriata at a gram, followed by Forskolin afterwards. Forskolin is a popular fat loss ingredient, which we have covered here on FI.

You also get Mucuna, which provides L-Dopa. This is a direct precursor to Dopamine, the “feel-good” hormone. This is the followed by 5-HTP, which is a precursor to Serotonin.

Ginger is the next in here, and has a wealth of benefits, including anti-inflamatory benefits. Following this comes Grains of Paradise, which is a source of 6-Paradol. This has been shown in human studies to be beneficial for weight loss.

Overall, the profile looks solid, and there aren’t any ingredients we would take out like in many other products.

Phoenix 2.0 is now available on the Legion Athletics website, and stay tuned, because we have more exciting new from the brand.

Final Takeaway

Nice one here from Legion. While many other stimulants free fat burners use new exciting ingredients like MitoBurn, Legion has decided to stick with what has been shown to work on the market. No miracle kills here, just a profile with some alryeadypopular ingredients that have been shown to work.
