Irish Cookie Shake Lean Whey from MuscleSport is back! MuscleSport's take on the McDonald's Shamrock Shake makes its much anticipated return for the 2023 St. Paddy's Day season.
Irish Cookie Shake has a hint of mint combined with real chocolate cookie pieces (think OREO).
Each serving of Lean Whey consists of 25g high quality whey protein from hydrolysate and isolate. It also features Carnitine and CLA as well.
Final Takeaway
I love this flavor. Think mint cookies and cream-like and that is what this is. The mint is not overbearing, it is very delicious and a great selection for this time of year.
