RedCon1 continues to expand, rapidly, by announcing that they are launching their supplement line in H.E.B. this April. H.E.B. is a large, privately owned retail chain (grocery store) across the state of Texas with more 350 locations.
H.E.B. won't be stocking the entire RedCon1 line. The items scheduled to be placed onto shelves in April are Breach, Total War and the popular MRE Bar.
Fitness Informant POV:
More news coming out of the RedCon1 camp, and not shockingly, news that will contribute to their goal of becoming a $100 million company. H.E.B. is not easy to get into, first off, so a tip-of-the-hat should be given to the entire RedCon1 team. With that said, it will be interesting what RedCon1 does next.
If RedCon1 continues its expansion into US Food and Drug (Nielsen term) they may have to consider a special formula of their products for certain retailers. Walmart has an everyday low price model that RedCon1 may not be able to entire with their current formulas, and as we've seen from companies like Cellucor and ProSupps, a dedicated formula for those relationships must exist. I cannot see RC1 doing that right now considering they reformulated their products to make them globally compliant, but never say never. This should be another interesting year for the 2018 Brand of the Year.
