Overview of NTel Nutra Arez Titanium
NTel Pharma is back on FI with another version of their #1 rated pre-workout Arez! Arez came in many forms prior to their all-in-one God of the Gym that we reviewed. We expect greatness from this company from here on out.
Greatness is what we continue to get with Arez Titanium. I will give the slight nod to the God of the Gym version currently rated #1. Titanium has a different formula that still proves to be effective on energy, focus and endurance. Using stims that people seek out is their benefit and something you all will love (especially you stim junkies). Titanium has become so popular it is hard to keep it in-stock at many retailers. Get yours when you can!
Why You Should Trust Our Reviews
- EXPERT REVIEW PANEL
Our review panel is made up of individuals with many years of experience in the sports nutrition industry, dating back to the early 2000’s. Their tenure gives them knowledge on brands, supplements, ingredients, dosages and more. - FULL CONTAINER REVIEWS
Unlike the majority of “review” sites on the internet, Fitness Informant reviews every supplement on a full-container basis. What does this mean? It means that a review is not written or recorded until the last serving of that product has been finished. We’ve all had products that were great for the first couple of days, but then lost their effectiveness shortly after. We want to ensure you are getting a full review based on a full product. - INGREDIENT EDUCATION
We breakdown each ingredient in our reviews to educate you on exactly what the ingredients do, and what is the proper dosage of each ingredient to effectively do what they are intended to do. - 100% HONEST – NO B.S. REVIEWS
Our number #1 priority is to inform you proper supplement selection through honest reviews. The majority of “review” sites on the internet will push you to buy a certain product based on the commissions they received. Not us. We want you to purchase the highest quality supplements at the best value. We put your health and wellness first. To achieve your goals we want you to use only the best supplements that you can afford. We do this by being honest.

Testing Results and Ratings
We reviewed NTel Nutra Arez Titanium on five categories. We first start by looking at it’s ingredient profile. This portion of the review looks at the different ingredients used in the pre-workout supplement, what their intention is and how effectively dosed are each ingredient.
We then look at effectiveness. An effective pre-workout product will use high quality, proven ingredients, at clinically backed dosages. This is generally an extension of the profile section. The higher quality ingredients used at proper dosages, the more effective that pre-workout will be.
Then we move into the taste of the different flavors we’ve tried. We grade each flavor separately and average the scores for their overall taste rating. We were able to test out the following flavors: Tigers Blood.
Mixability refers to how well the powder mixes in 6-8oz of water. We use the shaker bottle test. This would be your typical Blender Bottle with the spiral chrome ball.
Finally, we talk about value. Value is the combination of profile, effectiveness, taste and mixability in relation to cost. Another part of value are the competitors and other versions of pre-workout products on the market.
Ingredients Profile
In NTel Pharma fashion, they use a lot of cool ingredients that are synergistic together. Let’s not waste time with the back story and get right into it.
We start with the Hyper-Pump Catalyst. We get the clinical dosage of Beta Alanine at 3.2g. This helps improve endurance. Next, we get 3g of pure Citrulline. This is actually in the acceptable dosage range. Most people are told 6g of L-Citrulline. That is the case if it is Citrulline Malate. However, pure Citrulline is 3-5g. We are in that range. I would like to see it a bit higher, but we made it! Finally we get 500mg of Agmatine Sulfate. I would like to see this at a gram. Agmatine Sulfate can increase your perception of pain, meaning you become more of a man when you take this (you won’t get “pain” as quick from a lift allowing you to do one more rep). Agmatine can also inhibit nitric oxide synthase enzymes, which allows it to regulate elevated levels of nitric oxide.
Next we get the GODLIKE Energy Surge. This is a page out of the OG formula. We start with Phenylethylamine HCl at 200mg. This is also known as PEA. This is a cognitive enhancing ingredient and mood uplifting ingredient. It is known as the happy molecule. It is typically dosed between 100-500mg. We are good to go with 200mg. Next we get Juglans Regia Extract at 175mg. This is a naturally occurring form of DMHA. This costs much more to get as well. Dosages of this can be between 100mg and 200mg. At 175mg, we are in the solid, two thumbs up rang. Eria Jarensis Extract is used at 75mg. This is a hard ingredient to source as it is very similar to Ephedrine and DMAA. This will increase fat loss while improving cognitive enhancement and energy. Synephrine is another stimulant used at 30mg. This is a fat burning ingredient that will increase energy levels. A dosage of 30-60mg per day is recommended. We get the low-end, but still in range. Lastly, we get 2.5mg of Rauwolfia Vomitoria (standardized to 90% Alpha Yohimbine). This is another stim, fat burning ingredient that will improve energy. Dosage is great on this, anymore than 2.5mg you could see some negative side effects.
MIND x MUSCLE Fusion contains three common ingredients. First, we get 350mg of Caffeine Anhydrous. This is a lot of caffeine mixed in with all the stims (stim junkies be like – BAM!). We all know what caffeine does. Then we get 250mg of Choline Bitartrate. This is a cognitive enhancing ingredient. This is in the range of 250-500mg. Acceptable. Last, we get 10mg of Hordenine HCl. This improves cognitive functions but also increases fat burning. I have seen this as high as 20mg but 10mg is decent.
Overall, decent profile. I would like to see more pump involved and more non-stim cognitive enhancing ingredients. With that said, nice work NTel. Nice work.
Effectiveness
As I mentioned earlier, I still give the nod to the OG Arez listed here on FI. But this one is close.
In terms of energy, great, we can go ahead and say 10 out of 10. With the high amount of caffeine mixed with the stims, you will definitely get an energy high. No doubt.
For pump, it was OK. Not a lot going on other than Citrulline and Agmatine, both on the soft side. I actually ended up using a pump agent with this. This is the one area that could be improved with HydroMax or Nitrosigne or even NO3-T. I would rank the pump a 6.5 out of 10.
Strength/Endurance could improve. I had energy, but I would get tired after lifts and cardio. There is Beta Alanine but it would be great to get one more ingredient in this realm like Taurine or PeakO2. I would give this a 7 out of 10.
Focus ends up being good due to the stims being used. Stimulants are going to stimulate your central nervous system. You can feel this working while in the gym. Would I like to see more non-stim cognitive ingredients? Yes, of course. But overall focus was 8.5 out of 10.
Overall, an effective pre-workout. I would really only look at pump to be improved, but a solid, effective pre-workout from NTel Nutra.
Taste
Tiger’s Blood:
I honestly don’t think anyone knows what the hell Tiger’s Blood is supposed to taste like. But per the label, it’s strawberry coconut. I don’t get much of the coconut flavor at all, but I do get strawberry. So in terms of the description, it’s pretty close to what we would expect.
I don’t “love” strawberry but it wasn’t bad. I have had a lot of pre-workouts, and as you can imagine, some are really bad. This is good. I would definitely buy this flavor. The nice thing about it is that it is different from your typical fruit punch and blue raspberry flavors.
Mixability
Mixability shouldn’t be an issue on any product with a 10.1g serving size. It isn’t here. It mixes pretty quickly. Sure, you will have some floaties, but nothing crazy. I have had many pre-workouts where you have to rinse out your shaker after just to get all the residue. Not the case here. Check out the video to see mixability performed.
Value
Now days you see a lot of 20-serving pre-w0rkouts listed for $40. NTel Pharma Arez Titanium is $40 for 25-servings, effective servings. I actually like the fact that they are using some spendy stims in this and still keep the pricing reasonable for the consumer. They could justify a higher price tag with this product for sure. Overall, happy with the results from this pre-workout and would have zero issues spending $40 on it.
