INGREDIENTS

Makes 4 Pancakes

3 - Whole Eggs

1/2 Cup - Cottage Cheese

1/2 Cup - Raw Old Fashioned Oats

1 TBSP - Melted Coconut Oil

1 Scoops - Vanilla Whey Protein Powder

Per Batch

Calories: 680

Fat: 35.5g

Protein: 59g

Carbohydrates: 34g

PREPERATION

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a blender until batter is smooth.
  2. Pour out four pancakes on hot skillet.
  3. Flip pancakes when bubbles start to form.
  4. Top with your favorite toppings.
  5. Enjoy!
