Protein Packed Peanut Butter Balls

INGREDIENTS

Makes 12 Protein Balls

2 Cups - All Natural Chunky or Creamy Peanut Butter

2 TBSP - Melted Coconut Oil

2TBSP - Organic Honey

2 Scoops - Vanilla Whey Protein Powder

2 Cups - Old Fashioned Raw Oats​

MACROS

Per Protein Ball

Calories: 362

Fat: 24.5g

Protein: 15g

Carbohydrates: 22g

PREPERATION

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Form mixture into evenly shaped protein balls.
  3. Spread the protein balls evenly inside of a large cake pan.
  4. Cover cake pan with plastic wrap.
  5. Freeze protein balls for 2-hours.
  6. Enjoy!
