Overview of NTel Nutra Roadmap Limited Run

NTel Nutra is the maker of one of our top rated pre-workout supplements Arez: God of the Gym. We expect big things from this brand as they focus on innovation and taking the supplement industry to the next level.

Roadmap Limited Run from NTel Nutra is their pump enhancing supplement. This is a nice additive to any pre-workout to improve your pumps in the gym. A proprietary blend is used causing us to raise our eyebrows since this is a brand that typically does full disclosure. The product seems to work when added to a pre-workout powder, but not knowing the guts of this really hurts the overall score. With a $40 price tag, you will likely find other, more effective pump powders for around the same price that are fully disclosed.

Why You Should Trust Our Reviews

  • EXPERT REVIEW PANEL
Our review panel is made up of individuals with many years of experience in the sports nutrition industry, dating back to the early 2000’s. Their tenure gives them knowledge on brands, supplements, ingredients, dosages and more.
  • FULL CONTAINER REVIEWS
Unlike the majority of “review” sites on the internet, Fitness Informant reviews every supplement on a full-container basis. What does this mean? It means that a review is not written or recorded until the last serving of that product has been finished. We’ve all had products that were great for the first couple of days, but then lost their effectiveness shortly after. We want to ensure you are getting a full review based on a full product.
  • INGREDIENT EDUCATION
We breakdown each ingredient in our reviews to educate you on exactly what the ingredients do, and what is the proper dosage of each ingredient to effectively do what they are intended to do.
  • 100% HONEST – NO B.S. REVIEWS
Our number #1 priority is to inform you proper supplement selection through honest reviews. The majority of “review” sites on the internet will push you to buy a certain product based on the commissions they received. Not us. We want you to purchase the highest quality supplements at the best value. We put your health and wellness first. To achieve your goals we want you to use only the best supplements that you can afford. We do this by being honest.

Testing Results and Ratings

We reviewed NTel Nutra Roadmap Limited Edition on five categories. We first start by looking at it’s ingredient profile. This portion of the review looks at the different ingredients used in the fat burner, what their intention is and how effectively dosed are each ingredient.

We then look at effectiveness. An effective fat burner supplement will use high quality, proven ingredients, at clinically backed dosages.  This is generally an extension of the profile section. The higher quality ingredients used at proper dosages, the more effective that the fat burner will be.

Then we move into the taste of the different flavors we’ve tried. We grade each flavor separately and average the scores for their overall taste rating. We were able to test out the following flavors: Strawberry Splash.

Mixability refers to how well the powder mixes in 6-8oz of water. We use the shaker bottle test. This would be your typical Blender Bottle with the spiral chrome ball.

Finally, we talk about value. Value is the combination of profile, effectiveness, taste and mixability in relation to cost. Another part of value are the competitors and other versions of fat burners in products on the market.

Ingredients Profile

(7/10)

We will always have issues with proprietary blends on supplements. If we would happen to ever start our own line, you can bet it would be fully transparent. I was shocked to find out Roadmap Limited Run utilized a prop blend. Sure, the prop blend contains proven pump enhancing ingredients, but not knowing the dosage hurts the overall ingredient profile score.

It is a prop blend of 5.3g. It starts with Citrulline Malate. This is found in a lot of pre-workouts. It is effectively dosed at 6-8g. We are unsure of the dosage here. Citrulline helps by transporting more water into your muscles.

Next, we get Agmatine Sulfate. This tricks your pain receptors in your body. It allows you to do another rep, or two, which then in turn helps with the pump. It also helps elevate nitric oxide levels in the body. This is typically dosed at 1g. Not sure here.

Sodium Bicarbonate is used next. This is the active ingredient in baking soda, which gives food volume. Same can be said for your body.

We then get Arachidonic Acid. This has been shown to increase muscle size over a period of time. See study here. This study used 1.5g.

Beet root extract is used last. This increases NO levels in the body which will give you a pump.

Overall the ingredients selected are nice and have proven to contribute to pump. BUT without dosages listed, we cannot accurately tell you this is dosed correctly.

Effectiveness

(7/10)

With the ingredients used in this supplement, it is a given that it will at least somewhat help contribute to your overall pump. However, without the actuals, it is hard to say how much. Now we did test this personally. It was typically taken with a pre-workout. It was hard to tell how much of the pump was attributed to the pre-workout or the pump.

I will say that it did appear we had a better pump when we used Roadmap versus when we didn’t. Key days on these findings were shoulder day and chest day. Yes, this is effective, but not the most effective pump powder we’ve used.

Taste

Strawberry: (8/10)

Strawberry Splash was decent, but rather tart. I would mix it with my pre-workout, and it complimented those flavors well. By itself is when you will really get the flavor profile to come through and the tartness. Roadmap does taste like strawberry, but it won’t go down as the best strawberry tasting powder we have had. If you like tart, though, you will like this much more.

Mixability

(8.5/10)

Since the serving size is just over 5g, you better have confidence that the powder is going to mix well. Roadmap does mix well. You can get away with mixing in 6oz of water if you want. It also doesn’t do too bad when you mix directly with your pre-workout. You will have minimal particles that you can see in the water.

Value

(6/10)

NTel Nutra has a lot of valuable products. Roadmap Limited Run isn’t one of their best. The fact that it retails for $40 and your serving size is just over 5g (30-servings) makes it tough when there are other pump enhancers out there with a larger serving (fully disclosed) that are more effective. I would like to see each ingredient broken out and their dosages and that MAY help the value rating. If you can get this product on-sale, awesome, if not, I would look at other pump enhancers.
