MFIT SUPPS Peak Force: A Force to be Reckoned With

By November 13, 2019No Comments

MFIT SUPPS is a newcomer in our sports nutrition world, and they have been a welcome addition to it! They have already made some noise by formulating a pre-workout that doesn’t simply rely on a boatload of caffeine per serving; they have actually been formulating some impressive products for other categories as well.

MFIT SUPPS Peak Force is pretty much a lifters multivitamin in a sense. It’s an everyday formula that provides ingredients that hit multiple facets. It tackles endurance, stress, strength, muscle-mass, libido, focus, testosterone, and absorption.

While the profile looks good to start, we actually became bigger fans of Peak Force the more we looked into the science behind each ingredient. Below, we will explain how and why MFIT SUPPS Peak Force may a product that you should really consider adding to your daily supplement regimen.

MFIT Supps Peak ForcePeak O2® – 1g

The first ingredient in Peak Force is Peak O2®. This is a blend of mushrooms from Compound Solutions. Cordyceps is one of the mushrooms in the blend, and it has been shown in a study to aid in increasing VO2 max, thus increasing endurance.

Peak O2 is an ingredient we love to see in products here at FI. You do need to reach saturation level, which is 28g. With the 1 gram of Peak O2 in Peak Force, you will reach saturation by the end of the bottle. Of course, this is made for everyday continuous use, therefore it makes sense.

KSM-66® (Ashwagandha) – 600mg

Ashwagandha is an herb that has been taking the sports nutrition world by storm over the past few years. We have seen quite the influx actually, with it appearing in fat burners, pre-workouts, sleep aids… you name it!

KSM-66 has a study showing it to be effective at increasing strength and muscle mass. Couple that with Ashwagandha’s known benefits of cortisol reduction and

The aforementioned study was done with 600mg of Ashwagandha per day, which is exactly what Peak Force uses, so it is clinically dosed. Always nice to see!

Tribulus Terrestris Fruit Powder (33.75% Saponins) – 500mg

Now Tribulus has been a very popular supplement for ages now, and it is actually quite controversial. It was always promoted as a testosterone boosting supplement, and those statements were shown to be false, which is why there is a lot of skepticism for this ingredient these days.

There is a study on overtrained rats which shows that Tribuulus Terrestris can actually increase testosterone levels. Rats were treated with 130mg of Tribulus. The results indicated that Tribulus increased performance, body mass, and gastrocnemius mass of rats undergoing overtraining

However, that does not mean that Tribulus is worthless. There is a study done on men showing that Tribulus may increase sexual function in men who erectile dysfunction. Also, it has some evidence showing it may reduce blood pressure.

At 500mg, this is dosed well.

L-Tyrosine – 500mg

L-Tyrosine is one of our favorite ingredients to see in many products. It is a non-essential amino acid that produces noradrenaline and dopamine. It is one of the most common ingredients in nootropics, and for good reason!

L-Tyrosine has been shown to increase focus in stressful situations. It has also been shown to aid in thyroid hormone production, although that does not mean it will automatically burn fat.

At 500mg, L-Tyrosine is dosed well in Peak Force.

LJ100 – 300mg

LJ100® is a trademarked form of Longjack, also known as Tongkat Ali. This ingredient has been studied and shown to be effective at reducing cortisol. While that is just one study, Longjack has over a dozen human studies showing its benefits.

It has also been studied and proven to have some ergogenic benefits. It has also been shown to have some potential as a testosterone boosting supplement along with increasing libido. There may also be some benefits for improving blood lipid levels.

At 300mg, it is dosed correctly in Peak Force.

PrimaVie® – 200mg

The next ingredients is Shilajit in the form of PrimaVie®. It is a natural source of Fulvic Acid. In a study done on 60 infertle men over 90 days, 200mg of Shilajit was shown to actually increase testosterone by 23%. The primary goal of PrimaVie is to promote sexual health and test production.

The clinical dose is 200mg of Shilajit, which is what we get in Peak Force.

BioPerine® – 12mg

BioPerine is Black Pepper Extract, which is a source of Piperine. This aids in absorption of certain ingredients.

You get 12mg in Peak Force, which is actually more than we usually see in supplements.

Final Takeaway

MFIT SUPPS Peak Force is a product that can be beneficial for a multitude of reasons. It’s a way to prime yourself for optimal performance, without ridiculous claims. It hits endurance with Peak O2, focus with Tyrosine, stress with KSM-66 and LJ100®, and also libido with Tribulus and PrimaVie®.

If you’re looking to increase overall performance and reduce stress, Peak Force is certainly worth looking into. Instead of simply selling a libido booster and marketing it as a testosterone booster, MFIT SUPPS has formulated an actual performance booster. This gets the FI seal of approval!
