GHOST Adds Kiwi Strawberry To Impressive RTD lineup

By now we have all seen the new GHOST Hydration RTD’s and all the amazing flavors they have planned. But GHOST isn’t done yet! In comes another top flavor in the form of Kiwi Strawberry. GHOST enjoys keeping their customers happy and the gifts just keep getting better.

With the introduction of Hydration RTD’s, GHOST takes the benefit of “on the go” we get from the hydration sticks but without the need to mix yourself.

Everyone knows that being hydrated is essential not only for our health but for harder workouts, better pumps and all around increased performance. When GHOST released their Hydration Sticks it was life changing for many of us. Then they announced their Hydration RTD line and joined the ranks of legends.

GHOST Hydration is a scientifically backed and dosed hydration product featuring the same great flavors you are use to getting from the other GHOST products. Now you have even more choices.

The formula will contain nearly a full gram of electrolytes (996mg) plus 500mg Aquamin and 50mg Senactiv for recovery. This formula also features a heavy dose of Potassium at 700mg compared to 40mg Sodium, which the brand explains they believe most users have excess sodium due to nutrition and diet.

GHOST Hydration Final Takeaway

While these aren’t available yet, I have to admit I haven’t been this excited for an RTD in a while. Kiwi Strawberry is one of my favorite flavors period. Having my favorite flavor on the go is going to be a big bonus and time saver. I expect these to be a top seller behind the Sour Patch Kids flavors.
