GHOST's relationship with General Mills just got more legendary. The brand announced that they have teamed up with General Mills to launch three authentic new cereal milk GHOST Whey flavors in Lucky Charms, Trix and Cocoa Puffs.
GHOST X Lucky Charms Cereal Milk will be the only version that contains real inclusions. It will contain real Lucky Charms marshmallows. This will replace GHOST Marshmallow Cereal Milk flavor.
GHOST X Trix Cereal Milk will replace GHOST Fruity Cereal Milk GHOST Whey. This flavor does not have real cereal pieces but it does contain 25g protein per serving and digestive enzymes.
GHOST X Cocoa Puffs Cereal Milk will be new to the brand. Although this doesn't have real Cocoa Puffs cereal bits in it, it does still contain 25g protein and digestive enzymes.
These new flavors are set to flow into retailers early March 2026 and via the GHOST app and website.
GHOST and General Mills have had a partnership dating back to the launch of GHOST Cereal.

Final Takeaway on GHOST X General Mills Flavors
As a former GMI employee (General Mills) I love this for both brands. We started seeking out partnerships back in 2017 but we (General Mills) were looking at developing a high protein cereal in house. That never came to fruition so GHOST started working with the 301 Inc team and the team at GMI to create GHOST Cereal. That was such a success they teamed up again to launch these new Cereal Milk GHOST Whey flavors. I would have loved to see inclusions in each version but I understand why they didn't (soggy cereal...no thanks). I am excited to check these out!
