GHOST will launch a new creatine formula in new flavors. Not to confuse the consumer, GHOST currently has two creatine-based products. The first being their GHOST Size product. That is going to remain untouched (for now). GHOST launched a basics line in 2025 featuring a creatine product. GHOST Basics Creatine featured 5g of CreaPure creatine monohydrate and 50mg Astragin.
GHOST will launch their new creatine formula featuring 5g of OptiCreatine. Per the manufacture of OptiCreatine (TSI Group), OptiCreatine is a proprietary, premium creatine platform engineered to improve solubility and clarity at the processing level—addressing the formulation limitations that constrain standard creatine monohydrate. TSI Group is the group behind other reputable ingredients like PeakATP, myHMB and efinity (paraxanthine).
GHOST Creatine will launch in five flavor variations. GHOST will offer an unflavored version, like their basic version, as well as four flavored versions in Blue Raspberry, Strawbango, Warheads Sour Watermelon and Welch's Grape.

The basics line was a big add for GHOST as prior they only had their Size product for creatine intake. Basics was very successful but there's been a pull in the flavored creatine market. GHOST is tremendous at flavoring so it makes sense they offer flavored versions. I am also not shocked they moved to an upgraded version of creatine. Creatine is one of the hottest supplements as it is the most studied and proven ingredient out there.
