The area on the profile where I feel this product excels is in the energy complex. You are getting your energy from green coffee bean extract and green tea extract. Overall you’re getting 265mg of “energy.” If you compared that to the popular Amino Energy and EVL BCAA Energy you are essentially doubling that. Regarding the recovery aspect of the product I cannot commit to saying it helped increase my overall recovery time but I firmly believe that it played a part in it. A product like EVL BCAA Energy uses a 2:1:1 ratio and gives 30-servings for $20. However, EVL BCAA Energy has about 50% less of an energy complex versus BCAA-XL Energy.
If you compare it to ON Amino Energy then you are comparing an amino product to BCAA. I feel that there is value in the higher amount of an energy complex but don’t think it justifies a 25% price increase.
I think if this was priced at $18-$20 it would have a nice argument to being more valuable. If this product was a 2:1:1 ratio then I don’t think I would have such an issue. At the end of the day if you are trying to find a healthier alternative to coffee and soda then this would be of great value to you.

Overall I feel like the value is there, especially for an amino product in which you sip throughout your day and not directly post workout. The nitric oxide complex contains Beta Alanine, L-Citrulline DL-Malate and Arginine at 6.5mg. Collectively these will give you a pump that you are looking for. Beta Alanine will also give you that “itch” feeling you get at times while using it in a pre-workout.
The cell volumizing complex uses Di-Creatine Malate, L-Taurine, Creatine Nitrate, Ascorbic Acid, Creatinol-O-Phosphate and Agmatine Sulfate. This will provide your muscles with more water (creatine) and help enhance a pump as well with the use of the Agmatine Sulfate. It will also improve your muscle endurance with the use of L-Taurine.
The last complex is the energy complex where most look when buying a pre-workout. Mesomorph contains a form of Caffeine, Theobromine (widens your veins to improve blood flow), and the highly sought out DMAA. DMAA comes from geranium plans and has very similar effects as caffeine x10. DMAA is under investigation currently in the federal court system.
The combination of these ingredients do provide great energy and a nice pump. Unlike some other fat burners, I did not get the increased body temp with Banish as I have come to expect from a fat burner. Looking at the overall dosage amount of 612mg for the blend, I feel like this is close to being properly dosed based on the info available on the ingredients used. Some of the ingredients have not been studied enough to have proper dosage amounts yet. Whenever I take a thermogenic/fat burner I look for my body temp to increase significantly to the point I actually sweat and for me to obtain more definition in my abs after a “cycle.” I would take Exile SS first thing in the morning and go to the gym. I can say without a doubt that my body temp increased and the sweat poured more than normal. After the 30-days on this I was more defined in my abs. This was combined with a proper diet and exercise plan as well. Overall I thought this was an effective OTC fat burner.

Tribulus Terrestris is a herb that promotes increased libido in men. Recommended dosage is 200-450mg per day to be effective. I put this out there because you need to remember that one serving has 915mg total of the proprietary blend.
Fenugreek Seed Extract also comes from a herb thats main purpose is to increase libido as well. To be effective, research shows you should supplement around 500mg of Fenugreek per day to get the mass effect. If this product is properly dosed then these two ingredients alone would make-up more than what you get per serving.
Ashwagandha is another herb used to treat anxiety and stress. This is a good ingredient to have in an overnight test booster as it will help with sleep. Recommended doses of this is 300-500mg but you can get by with around 100mg since you are taking it prior to sleep.
DIM has been used to metabolize estrogen. This is a good thing if you’re on a test booster. The recommended dosage is around 100mg per day to be effective.
I bring this all up because I feel this proprietary blend is under dosed on certain ingredients, but since it is not disclosed we won’t know which ones. I cannot in good conscious give this a high grade here. I also will not give it a 1 because some of these ingredients are more important than others and could be properly dosed.
KA-POW K.O. also contains 2mg of Melatonin which is great for falling asleep. KA-POW K.O. claims to increase size, strength, recovery, vitality and libido on the label. Unfortunately with the dosing in this supplement most of this is not going to be possible. If anything, because of the quality of sleep I got with the 2mg of Melatonin, I had improved recovery. I did not experience any increased strength or size that I can attribute to this product. I also did not see any increased libido with this product as I have with other estrogen inhibiting agents.
