Overview of Repp Sports Laxogenin+

Repp Sports hit the scene in 2017 running and did a great job. In fact, it was up for a breakout brand of the year in our 2017 Shield of Excellence Supplement Awards. They are the makers of Raze, Reactr and more highly rated supplements.

Repp Sports Laxogenin+ is a simple muscle-building product that gives you the addition of L-Carnitine to aid in fat burning. Ideally when you bulk, you want to put on size while keeping body fat low. That’s what this product is intended to do. The price is something you would want to shop on, but if you can get it for a good deal, I would recommend giving this a whirl while you try to pack on size.

Why You Should Trust Our Reviews

Our review panel is made up of individuals with many years of experience in the sports nutrition industry, dating back to the early 2000’s. Their tenure gives them knowledge on brands, supplements, ingredients, dosages and more.
Unlike the majority of “review” sites on the internet, Fitness Informant reviews every supplement on a full-container basis. What does this mean? It means that a review is not written or recorded until the last serving of that product has been finished. We’ve all had products that were great for the first couple of days, but then lost their effectiveness shortly after. We want to ensure you are getting a full review based on a full product.
We breakdown each ingredient in our reviews to educate you on exactly what the ingredients do, and what is the proper dosage of each ingredient to effectively do what they are intended to do.
Our number #1 priority is to inform you proper supplement selection through honest reviews. The majority of “review” sites on the internet will push you to buy a certain product based on the commissions they received. Not us. We want you to purchase the highest quality supplements at the best value. We put your health and wellness first. To achieve your goals we want you to use only the best supplements that you can afford. We do this by being honest.

Testing Results and Ratings

We reviewed Repp Sports Laxogenin+ on four categories. We first start by looking at it’s ingredient profile. This portion of the review looks at the ingredients used in the making of this muscle building supplement. We look into each ingredients effective use and determine if it was a quality selection for the product.

We then look at the dosage of the muscle building supplement. Are they using the ingredients at effective doses? It’s one thing to select awesome ingredients, it’s another to make sure they are being dosed where they are meant to be effective.

We then look at effectiveness. This is generally an extension of the profile and dosage section. The higher quality ingredients used at proper dosages, the more effective that product will be.

Finally, we talk about value. Value is the combination of profile, dosage, and effectiveness in relation to cost. Another part of value are the competitors and other versions of muscle building supplements on the market.

Ingredients Profile

Laxogenin is a plant-based steroid that increases protein synthesis which aids in muscle building and fat burning in the body. Laxogenin does not mess with your body’s hormones and does not have an effect on your liver. Thus, a PCT is not required with this product.

L-Carnitine L-Tartrate aids in fat loss. It only helps burn fat if you are deficient of L-Carnitine in your body. L-Carnitine also helps improve energy levels, which makes people more active, thus burning more fat.

Overall, the addition of L-Carnitine does make this a better profile than just a plain Laxogenin product. Are there better muscle builders than Laxogenin? Sure, but some of them start to move into the grey area that you want to be careful on.

Repp Sports Laxogenin+ Label

Laxogenin is typically dosed between 100-200mg per day. This product is dosed at 100mg. Competitors on the market have their dosages between 100-125mg. This is dosed appropriately for Laxogenin.

Regarding L-Carnitine, the standard dosage is 500-2,000mg per day. Getting the additional 1,000mg of L-Carnitine in this product is a benefit overall.

Overall, this product is dosed correctly on both ingredients.

I used Laxogenin during a bulk cycle. I was expecting to put on size. I did gain some weight, but I was also increasing my calories by a lot. I did notice muscular gains via the mirror. It is important to note that when you take Laxogenin, you want to lift heavy and eat more to make it work at its best.

The use of L-Carnitine really, for me, wasn’t noticeable, however I do not think I was L-Carnitine deficient. That means I didn’t really need the extra 1,000mg of L-Carnitine in this product.

Overall, I think this Laxogenin+ is effective when used with a proper diet and exercise program. I think a big higher dosage of Laxogenin would be benefited me.

Repp Sports Laxogenin+ is right in the middle in terms of price for this product. It retails for $47.99 for 30-servings. There are competitors that make just a Laxogenin product (100mg) that retails for $35, but you are not getting the addition of L-Carnitine. Then there are competitors who are priced a little higher, but provide 125mg of Laxogenin per serving, again with no L-Carnitine.

Overall, I think this is a valuable Laxogenin product, especially if you need the L-Carnitine in your diet (remember, L-Carnitine helps improve energy levels which can aid in fat loss). If you can get this on-sale or through a code, then it’s a score!
