GHOST is embracing the fall and the fall flavors with the launch of their new apple cider flavored GHOST Greens. While many brands elect to go the pumpkin pie route, GHOST focused on apple as the flavor of season. GHSOT will also drop a new flavor of GHOST Energy in Sour Green Apple Warheads flavor.
GHOST Greens apple cider can be enjoyed cold, over ice, or as we tried it, warmed up in the microwave like warm apple cider. Both are great ways to consume the greens powder.
GHOST Greens is one of the top rated greens supplements on the market today featuring pro and prebiotics, digestive enzymes and SPECTRA on top of the greens powder. GHOST also has partnered with ONE TREE PLANTED to plant a tree for every unit sold.

Final Takeaway
We did the live flavor review over at FI Instagram. It was spot on for apple cider flavor. I did prefer mine cold, Danielle does hers hot. Either way you are getting a quality greens powder that tastes great.
