Well, the day we have been waiting for is officially here. As the title states, GHOST has officially revealed to us the new profile of GHOST Legend V2, and now we get to take a look at what it will contain.
To start, the profile has some of the expected ingredients, such as Citrulline at 4 grams, Beta-Alanine at 3.2 grams, and Nitrosigine® at 1.5 grams. These are all at clinical doses, and are great to see in here. The additional Nitrosigine® is a big step up in the pump category from the original Legend.
Another new ingredient, is Senactiv®, which can help with energy and muscle preservation. At 50mg, it is dosed well.
Following this we have our “Smart Energy” blend, which starts us off with Tyrosine and Taurine, two ingredients common in pre-workouts. This is then followed by Alpha GPC, which can help with focus. Of course, we come to naturalCaffeine, which is at 250mg, which makes it a bit more versatile. Caffeine of course is a personal ingredient, so how strong this is will depend on your tolerance.
The profile rounds out with Theobromine, AstraGin® and Rauwolfia Root extract. AstraGin® is meant to help with absorption, Rauwolfia is a source of Alpha-Yohimbine, and it can certainly provide a little extra kick.
The profile certainly looks like an improvement from the original, and looks to be a pre-workout that is good for just about anybody.
Also, we have a new flavor from GHOST for Legend, and that flavor is Peach. each is already a flavor for Gamer, and is probably the “safest” flavor to go with. Great to see that flavor get added to Legend.

Final Takeaway
Nice profile here, and certainly a step up from the original Legend. Clinical doses of Nitrosigine and Citrulline are great to see, and the Caffeine content seems to be very versatile as well. We have tried Legend V2 ourselves and enjoyed it, now we look forward to seeing how the market will respond to it.
