Inspired Nutraceuticals CR3 is a convenient, on-the-go capsule product that gave users creatine to help replenish ATP and improve overall performance. CR3 is one of the brand's most popular products, but it has been out-of-stock for a while. The price of creatine has continued to go up, but Inspired Nutraceuticals decided to double down on Creatine Nitrate (NO3-T) and reformulate their extremely popular CR3 product.
CR3 used to contain 1,250mg Creatine Nitrate and 1,250mg CON-CRET Creatine HCL. Inspired has moved away from CON-CRET and has doubled down on Creatine Nitrate (NO3-T).
Inspired Nutraceuticals has a great relationship with the creator of NO3-T (they use nitrates in DVST8 and FSU as well). The change makes sense for the brand.
The new version of CR3 should be in-stock towards the end of October.
Final Takeaway
I personally like the change. I am not a fan of Creatine HCL. When I first started working out I used CON-CRET religiously, but in today's world where I am a bit more educated, I much prefer Creatine Nitrate. It is important to note that you will get a nice pump from this product. However, you still want to supplement with a high quality creatine monohydrate product in addition to CR3.
