NTel Nutra, the makers of our top-rated pre-workout Arez, has announced the launch of their new pump product Roadmap Overflow. Roadmap Overflow will launch on Monday, February 25th.
Roadmap Overflow is not necessarily a new product. NTel Nutra manufactured Roadmap back in the day, we actually reviewed it here at Fitness Informant. It was a standard pump product, but nothing too special.Roadmap Overflow is an upgrade from the OG Roadkill.
Roadmap Overflow can be either a 40-serving, or for maximum pumps, a 20-serving. Roadmap Overflow contains five active ingredients. Per 2-scoops, we get 8g of Citrulline Malate. Assuming this is a 2:1 ratio, that would yield between 5-6g pure Citrulline. This helps with blood flow. The next ingredient is the branded Nitrosigine from Nutrition 21 at 1,000mg. This helps with NO production. Creatinol-O-Phosphate is dosed at 1,000mg. COP is good at raising short-term energy production. Arachidonic Acid is used at 200mg. Scientists hypothesize that ARA plays a central role in the adaptive response to strength training. Lastly, we get 150m of Epicatechin. Epicatechin enhances exercise performance. Epicatechin works by inhibiting myostatin, the protein released by the body essentially telling it to not get too big.
Overall, this is an upgrade from the old profile. The old profile was a 5.9g proprietary blend containing Citrulline Malate, Agmatine Sulfate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Arachidonic Acid and Beet Root Extract.
The product is due out Monday, February 25th.
Fitness Informant’s POV
This is an upgrade with the use of Nitrosigine. Based on label alone, I would like to see 1,200-1,500mg of Nitrosigine. I would also like to see Epicatechin at 200mg. We are NOT that far off, so you will still get to experience some great pumps. Even if Citrulline Malate is 1:1, we would still get 4g of Citrulline so you can expect better things from this vs. then old prop blend. This is a step in the right direction for this product for NTel Nutra.
