RedCon1 MRE Lite is their "lighter" version if their popular MRE. This is called a whole foods protein featuring 24g protein per serving with 0g added surgars.

Final Takeaway
I actually enjoyed this flavor. I think RedCon1 does a decent job of flavoring their MRE line, but even better on "fruit forward" flavors like Blueberry and now Raspberry. If you have an intolerance to whey, this might be a good option!
