Regarding the nutrition of the RYSE Supplements Clear Whey RTD, users are going to get a very clean drink. Each bottle contains 100 calories. There are 0g fat and only 1g carbohydrates. Each bottle contains 22g of whey protein.
The 22g whey protein comes from whey protein isolate. Whey protein isolate is a high quality whey consisting of at least 90% whey protein with the lactose and fat removed. This means if you have sensitivity to lactose, you can generally handle a WPI well.

Pineapple lovers unit. This is a refreshing RTD that you cannot even believe you’re drinking a protein drink. This is a flavor you expect in an amino acid product (technically whey is amino acids…) but not in a protein RTD. If Pineapple is your thing, this one is for you.
Key Lime Pie
This one works so well in the clear whey. If you get any dairy notes at all it is actually a good thing as it works extremely well in the Key Lime Pie flavor. This one is underrated and very well could be the best one.
Strawberry Banana
When you think strawberry banana, this is exactly that. I am not the biggest banana flavor fan in anything but for those who love this flavor profile you will love this one as you get strong notes of both strawberry and banana.
Overall the new RYSE Supplements Clear Whey RTD might be the best RTD clear of all time. It is a quality whey source in flavors that are attractive and delicious.

Very impressed. I am not a clear whey person. I much rather have my dessert flavored whey proteins, but these just work. I always tell brands that call me and ask my opinion on clear whey to not do it unless they have a differentiating factor.
