AP Regimen (FKA AP Sports Regimen) has finally revealed the full supplement facts panel behind their new fully dosed pre-workout AP Legacy Series Pre-Workout.
The brand has been teasing this new series of more “fully loaded” products since the fall of 2021. The new AP Legacy Series will feature a fully loaded pre-workout and a pump product designed to be stacked together for the most impact.
AP Regimen Legacy Series Pre-Workout Supplement Facts
This is the most loaded pre-workout the brand has launched since their inception. This is going to be a 20-serving pre-workout featuring branded ingredients and other key ingredients at optimal dosages.
The formula starts out with a full 3.2g of Beta-Alanine. This is one of the most commonly used ingredients in the space. This is the clinical dosage of Beta-Alanine.
Betaine Anhydrous is dosed at a clinically effective 2,500mg. This aids in power output, blood flow and recovery.
In addition to Betaine Anyhydrous, AP Regimen adds a full 2,000mg of Betaine Nitrate (NO3-T). This is one of the most impactful pump producing ingredients used today.
D-Ribose is dosed at 1,500mg. D-Ribose is a simple sugar carbohydrate that can aid in energy production.
