The pack contains a multivitamin (2 capsules), greens (2 capsules), brain health (1 capsule), joint health (1 capsule), heart and liver health (1 capsule), probiotic (1 capsule) and an omega (1 capsule) for a total of nine capsules per packet.

Multivitamin – 2 Capsules

Core Nutritionals adds two capsules containing essential vitamins. Their multivitamin consists of a complex micronutrient blend of vitamins A, C, D, E, B1, B2, B3, B6, B21, Folate, Biotin, Pantothenic Acid, Calcium, Iodine, Magnesium, Zinc, Copper, Manganese, Chromium and Molybdenum. Greens and Reds – 2 Capsules

Like their multivitamin supplement, Core Nutritionals also sells a greens powder, but to make it convenient the brand added a greens and red complex in their Daily Health Packs.

Per two capsules you will get full spectrum superfood blend of chlorella, spirulina, PhytoServ Fruit Blend and PhytoServ Veggie Blend. PhytoServ is a patent ingredient from FutureCeuticals with a full serving of fruits and vegetables per two capsules.
