GHOST Reveals GHOST Burn Black Profile

ghost burn black

GHOST has just revealed their new variation of GHOST Burn, which is called GHOST Burn Black. First we got a look at the tub, which is essentially the same as the old one, however the white part of the tub has simply been changed to black. Not only did we get a great look at the new design, we also now know what differentiates this from the regular version of Burn.

We highly suggest you check out our review on Ghost Burn, to get an in-depth look at the profile and effectiveness. The profile is similar and we will be simply pointing out the differences here.

The new Ghost Burn Black has not changed too much from the original, however it has some additions that are quite noteworthy. To start, the profile contains the same amount of Carnitine, which is 3 grams, coming from Acetyl-L-Carnitine and L-Carnitine Tartrate. This is actually quite a high dose of high quality forms of Carnitine.

The next ingredient is the first new ingredient that has been added. That ingredient is Garcinia Cambogia. Garcinia Cambogia is a source of Hydroxycitric Acid, and may aid in appetite suppression. One thing to note is that the standardization of HCA is 60%, which is higher than the industry standard 50%.

The next 3 ingredients have not changed from the original Burn. Ghost Burn Black keeps the same doses of Choline Bitartrate, KSM-66®, and Tyrosine.

The next one is a slight change. GHOST has kept the same amount of Caffeine, however they have opted for Natural Caffeine, vs going with Caffeine Anhydrous. The next two ingredients, Neurofactor™, and Cocoa Bean has not changed either.

Now we comes to the biggest change. GHOST Burn Black has decided to drop Synephrine, and instead opt for GBB. GBB is an ingredient that increases Carnitine levels in the body, and has been very popular over this past year. One huge noticeable effect from it is that it will increase sweat like no other. GHOST decide to keep the Grains of Paradise at the same dose.

Lastly, GHOST Burn Black has dropped the BioPerine®, and decided to go with AstraGin®. AstraGin® has been shown to aid in absorption, and is a welcome addition in here.

GHOST Burn Black will be released on March 26th, and one of the exciting flavors coming is the Welch’s Grape Juice, which is already available with Ghost Amino V2 and their pre-workout Legend. Be sure to keep your eye on this, with cutting season right around the corner, you can expect GHOST Burn Black to sell out fast.

Final Takeaway

We have not tried this yet for ourselves, but we love the addition of GBB. While the effectiveness of GBB is questionable, there is no denying it is a great way to start sweating. While we are not sold on Garcinia as of yet, at such a high dose, it will be interesting to see how good the appetite suppression is in here. Either way, we look forward to trying it, and it will most likely be the fat burner of choice for the upcoming cutting season for us.
