The formula uses only natural coloring while replenishing the 5 Electrolytes lost in sweat (Sodium, Chloride, Potassium, Magnesium, & Calcium) and contains nearly a full gram of electrolytes (996mg). On top of all that, we have 500mg Aquamin and 50mg Senactiv for recovery. This formula also features a heavy dose of Potassium at 700mg compared to 40mg Sodium, which the brand explains they believe most users have excess sodium due to nutrition and diet.
