GHOST launched their protein bar line in the fall of 2025. A year later the brand is finally adding a new flavor to their existing family of flavors. GHOST has announced that Mint Chocolate will be arriving in their protein bar lineup via their website late fall 2026 and rolling out to national retailers in January 2027.
GHOST's protein bars are a layered protein bar that resembles the classic Twix candy bar. Each package (contains two sticks) gives users 20g of protein per serving. The protein is from a blend of hydrolyzed milk protein isolate, whey protein concentrate and milk protein isolate. The new Mint Chocolate flavored bar contains 250 calories, 13g fat and 24g of carbohydrates with 7g of sugar alcohols.

Final Takeaway on GHOST Mint Chocolate Protein Bar
One bite and I instantly knew this was going to be their best flavor yet. I am not a mint guy at all, but the mint isn't too overpowering and with the combination of chocolate this flavor is just one you could eat daily. The existing flavors are fine, but I had higher expectations when they launched in 2025. The Mint Chocolate flavor is more in line with my expectations and should do extremely well for the brand.
