GHOST has not done a seasonal flavor of protein in almost a year, but that all changes on November 2nd. GHOST has announced they will launch Pumpkin Pie and Apple Cider Doughnut on November 2nd in their 15-serving tubs.
Both Pumpkin Pie and Apple Cider Doughnut are new flavors to the brand. Past seasonal flavors include White Chocolate Peppermint Bark and Gingerbread (vegan). Whenever GHOST does a seasonal flavor it tends to sell out fast.
Based on historical data from GHOST, we anticipate these going live at 12pm CT via GHOST's website and the GHOST app.
Final Takeaway
GHOST finally went basic...with pumpkin pie. Honestly good on them. I am not the biggest pumpkin fan, but I guarantee they sell the hell out of this and sell out. I am intrigued by Apple Cider Doughnut...like a lot. These are a huge midwest thing since we have apple orchards everywhere we turn this time of year.
