In common knowledge this means that InnoSlim can support healthy blood sugar levels and healthy lipid and cholesterol levels. The dosage of 250mg is the clinically accepted dosage.

Final Takeaway
This is sold for a pre-workout or just as a general thermogenic product throughout the day. Many thermogenic products contain 300mg+ caffeine which can be too much if you are using this as another source later in the day after a pre-workout. I think the caffeine content is perfect to even use for a pre-workout combined with a solid pump formula. I love the addition of InnoSlim as we have not seen that used much in popular products.
