While the formula does receive upgrades, several ingredients and dosages remain the same. Alpha GPC, L-Tyrosine, Acetyl-L-Carnitine HCL, L-Phenylalanine, Caffeine, Cereboost, Ioniplex Fulvic Ionic Mineral Complex, Phosphatidylserine and Huperzine all remain in the Elite Series at the same dosages in the original formula.
What Kaged Mindset Elite Series has that is not present in the original formula is 125mg Rhodiolife. The version used in Kaged Mindset Elite is Rhodiolife® 3%. Rhodiolife® is the only established sustainably sourced Rhodiola rosea in the world. Rhodiolife® also works with the BSCG to be certified free of any banned substances.
Rhodiola Rosea is an adaptogen known to reduce physical and mental fatigue. It has also been shown to improve cognitive ability, reduce stress and anxiety and elevate mood. The proper dosage of Rhodiola Rosea should be above 100mg daily. You are getting 125mg in one serving of Kaged Mindset + Caffeine Elite Series.
