Sparta Nutrition has been a roll this week with the announcement of their third authentic flavor collaboration, this time with Smarties candies. The Smarties candies flavor will be available in Sparta Nutrition’s new pre-workout formula.
Sparta Nutrition’s new pre-workout will feature a whole new profile. The pre-workout will start with a clinical dosage of L-Citrulline. L-Citrulline is the precursor to Arginine which increases nitric oxide in the body. This leads to better blood flow and pumps. Beta-Alanine will be dosed at 3.2g, which is the accepted dosage of the muscular endurance ingredient. L-Tyrosine is a cognitive enhancing ingredient dosed at an effective 2g. Caffeine Anhydrous is used at 250mg, along with Caffeine Citrate at 50mg (yields approximately 50% caffeine). Sparta Nutrition also adds 250mg Dynamine, which will yield 100mg Dynamine to help with long-lasting energy. CDP Choline is another cognitive improving ingredient used at 125mg. NeuroFactor, which aids in cognitive improvement, is used at 100mg. Rhodiola Rosea Extract is found on the label at 50mg. Rhodiola Rosea has been known to reduce fatigue. Theobromine, which has similar effects as caffeine and can aid in softening the blood vessels (vaso-relaxor) is found at 25mg. Cocoa Seed Extract, similar to Theobromine, and can aid in energy production is dosed at 25mg. Evodiamine is dosed at 2mg. Evodiamine is generally used in fat burners for its thermogenic impact. Sparta Nutrition also uses BioPerine at 10mg and AstraGin at 50mg for ingredient absorption.
The newest version of the Sparta Nutrition pre-workout will be available on 11/22 in two authentic popular ICEE flavors: Blue Raspberry Ice and Cherry Ice and in the Smarties candies flavor.
The pre-workout will be a 20-serving unit (can be a 40-serving for those who take one scoop to assess tolerance).

Sparta has had one helluva run this week with the announcement that they partnered with ICEE, Dippin' Dots and now Smarties. We had a chance to try the Smarties flavored pre-workout, and it is really good. It tastes like taking an entire packet of Smarties and eating them all at once.
The actual pre-workout is effective with good energy and focus. We like the formula update from the previous version. We like the emphasis on energy and focus. These new products will be available on 11/22.
