CDP Choline, also known as Citicholine, is a form of Choline that is known to be effective, unlike Choline Bitartrate. There are several studies showing it to be effective for increasing attention is subjects. It has also been shown to increase memory as well.
Citicholine is commonly found in pre-workout supplements, some fat burners and it is common in nootropics.
