Overview of NTel Nutra Arez
NTel Nutra became famous, in our opinion, from creating Arez, their pre-workout series. We say series because they had a black label, white label, then they combined them, and then came out with a titanium label. Long story short, they wanted to make sure they had something for everyone. Not a bad business philosophy, right?
The God of the Gym has been called the best pre-workout of all-time by several sources online. We won’t go that far, but we will vouch for it that it is a helluva pre-workout. They pack a formula that really is a breath of fresh air as it is not a copycat system like most companies do and they do it at 25-servings that beats out the 20-serving competition at the same price point. What’s not to like? Flavor is solid and mixability isn’t an issue. Looking for a non-DMHA/DMAA pre-workout that is effective? Here you go!
Why You Should Trust Our Reviews
- EXPERT REVIEW PANEL
Our review panel is made up of individuals with many years of experience in the sports nutrition industry, dating back to the early 2000’s. Their tenure gives them knowledge on brands, supplements, ingredients, dosages and more. - FULL CONTAINER REVIEWS
Unlike the majority of “review” sites on the internet, Fitness Informant reviews every supplement on a full-container basis. What does this mean? It means that a review is not written or recorded until the last serving of that product has been finished. We’ve all had products that were great for the first couple of days, but then lost their effectiveness shortly after. We want to ensure you are getting a full review based on a full product. - INGREDIENT EDUCATION
We breakdown each ingredient in our reviews to educate you on exactly what the ingredients do, and what is the proper dosage of each ingredient to effectively do what they are intended to do. - 100% HONEST – NO B.S. REVIEWS
Our number #1 priority is to inform you proper supplement selection through honest reviews. The majority of “review” sites on the internet will push you to buy a certain product based on the commissions they received. Not us. We want you to purchase the highest quality supplements at the best value. We put your health and wellness first. To achieve your goals we want you to use only the best supplements that you can afford. We do this by being honest.

Testing Results and Ratings
We reviewed NTel Nutra Arez God of the Gym on five categories. We first start by looking at it’s ingredient profile. This portion of the review looks at the different ingredients used in the pre-workout supplement, what their intention is and how effectively dosed are each ingredient.
We then look at effectiveness. An effective pre-workout product will use high quality, proven ingredients, at clinically backed dosages. This is generally an extension of the profile section. The higher quality ingredients used at proper dosages, the more effective that pre-workout will be.
Then we move into the taste of the different flavors we’ve tried. We grade each flavor separately and average the scores for their overall taste rating. We were able to test out the following flavors: Rainbow Sherbet.
Mixability refers to how well the powder mixes in 6-8oz of water. We use the shaker bottle test. This would be your typical Blender Bottle with the spiral chrome ball.
Finally, we talk about value. Value is the combination of profile, effectiveness, taste and mixability in relation to cost. Another part of value are the competitors and other versions of pre-workout products on the market.
Ingredients Profile
We mentioned up top that this pre-workout is uniquely crafted, meaning it is not a copycat formula like many companies do. There was thought put into this label, and we greatly appreciate that.
The formula is fully transparent that starts with their pump profile. The pump profile contains 4.3g of L-Citrulline. The clinical dosage is 6g for L-Citrulline Malate but 3-5g for pure Citrulline. Since this is pure Citrulline, it’s dosed perfectly. Next we get 3.2g of Beta Alanine. This can contribute to pumps, but I see it more as an endurance enhancer. This is dosed perfectly. Betaine is next at 1g. I would like to see this at 1.5g or higher, but I will take it. Similarly with Beta Alanine, I wouldn’t necessarily classify this as a pump ingredient, but more as a strength output and exercise performance ingredient. The one area I do not like on the “pump” catalyst is the use of 20g of Niacin. I am not a fan and I don’t think it serves a purpose in pre-workouts.
Arez then labels their next section “Godlike Energy Surge.” They do call this “The God of the Gym,” so it makes sense. Here’s where we will find some unique usage of ingredients. First, we get 300mg of Lotus Leaf Extract. This is used more in controlling obesity and burning fat. Studies indicate that it does work, and it works well. There are not enough studies to show what a proper dosage of Lotus Leaf Extract should be. The next ingredient used is Beta Phenylethylamine HCL at 200mg. This is known as the “happy” molecule. Not really contributing to energy, but helps with cognitive functions and your mood. Again, not enough evidence on dosage. Caffeine is used next at 300mg. A high dosage of caffeine, but one that is acceptable. Another fat burning/controlling ingredient is used next, Aframomum melegueta (Grains of Paradise) at 5mg. The only human study was conducted at 10mg per day, no evidence suggests it is optimal. Rauwolfia Vomitoria Extract is the last ingredient under this umbrella. This is dosed at 225mcg. This, again, is another weight loss ingredient without any sufficient evidence on dosing.
Next NTel gives us their Mind X Muscle Fusion section of the pre-workout. We start out with 100mg of Alpha GPC (50%). I love Alpha GPC. It is one of my favorite nootropics, but I need it dosed higher than 100mg. We’ve seen this typically dosed at 300mg, but have seen it has high as 600mg. Next we get Hordenine HCL at 20mg. This isn’t a cognitive enhancer, but more of a fat burner (this might be one helluva thermogenic pre-workout). There is no evidence on optimal dosage. Next we get Huperzine A. This is a cognitive enhancing ingredient. This is dosed at 100mcg. This is in the mid-range of optimal dosage, so we are happy with it.
Arez includes a Mood Lift section that contains two ingredients. The first is Chinese Skullcap. This is used to treat anxiety and helps you sleep. This is dosed at 200mg. We didn’t find any evidence on optimal dosage. N-Methyltyramine HCl is used at 50mg and, much like many of these ingredients, is used for weight loss. We’ve seen this dosed around 200mg in other supplements.
Velvet Bean Extract is used as an anti-crash ingredient. This is dosed at 185mg. This contains L-DOPA. A solid ingredient to use to ease off of the gas.
Lastly, we get 100mg of Rhodiola Rosea. This is used as a cognitive enhancer and reduces fatigue. A solid way to end the profile. Effective doses are 50mg, so we are sitting good here.
Overall, a complex formula, but different, it’s what we like. Arez is all over the board in terms of ingredients used under their umbrellas. Some of the ingredients don’t “fit” where they are put as they promote weight loss/fat burning but we understand that those ingredients can contribute to the overall feel of the pre-workout. More ingredients is not necessarily better, but Arez does a good job of putting them together. A solid profile you will enjoy.
Effectiveness
Many online sources (in this space) have claimed Arez to be the best pre-workout of all time (or at least in the past 3-years). I can see how they claim this. It is a great pre-workout, without any crash. I cannot commit to saying that personally. Don’t get me wrong, Arez is GREAT, just not the best of all-time in my opinion. I have had some really good pre-workouts over the years.
With that said, this is one of the best pre-workouts of all time that doesn’t contain any risky stims like DMAA/DMHA/Amp Citrate. So, in that sense, HECK YEAH!
The energy is great. The 300mg of caffeine is solid, but the use of fat burning ingredients also contributes to the overall feel of the lift (energy).
Focus was good. In terms of focus ingredients, I would like to see them dosed better, but the use of 300mg of caffeine with the L-DOPA ingredients and fat burner ingredients, it stimulates your central nervous system to keep you going and going hard.
Overall, you should love this pre-workout. Kudas and hats off to the NTel Nutra team for developing something unique while not stooping to the level of gray market ingredients.
Taste
Rainbow Sherbet:
We received the Rainbow Sherbet flavor of Arez. It was good. It tasted a lot like Mesomorph to us. Very similar. I can see how they named it Rainbow Sherbet.
Honestly, I don’t care too much about taste, but NTel did well on this. Would be interesting to try their other flavors.
Mixability
At 12.4g per serving, you’d expect Arez to mix well and it does. We didn’t have much issues with it. A little residue and floating particles, but nothing you couldn’t drink down!
Value
If you look at some of the pre-workouts on the market, they sell for $40 but only give you 20-servings. Arez is $40 and gives you 25-servings and works well.
We understand that as a consumer the $40 price tag is going to take some getting used too since crappy pre-workouts like C4 retail for $25 for 30-servings (or something crazy like that). You need to understand you get what you pay for. Arez is worth $40…in fact they could have made this a 20-serving container and still charged $40 and it would still work!
