Resurrect PM is a sleep aid designed to help you get a full night’s sleep while helping muscle recovery. For a sleep aid this is sufficient and works well, but where it lacks is in the muscle recovery category due to being under dosed. Ingredients Profile

This is a solid source of L-Dopa, which makes you feel good, allowing you to relax. Another ingredient that allows you to relax and focus is Choline Bitartrate. We get that in this as well at 550mg. Then, we get 500mg GABA (Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid). GABA helps relieve anxiety and improve your overall mood, while promoting lean muscle growth. Phenibut is used in this as well. At 500mg, Phenibut is designed to help you get a deeper, REM like sleep to help improve muscle recovery. Phenibut is a great ingredient but we need to caution you, too much of Phenibut can make you sleep longer than you want, and it can be addictive.The last thing we get is a ZMA blend at 552mg. ZMA blends are designed to promote sleep and muscle recovery.

Dosage
[/vc_column_text][divider line_type=”No Line” custom_height=”20″][vc_column_text]Regarding dosages, we will list the ingredients, their dosages and the optimal dosage for each:Mucana Pruriens (750mg): studies show this as high as 5g to work, it could work in the case of minimal test levels and could increase there…but questionable. We are low.
Choline Bitartrate (550mg): 250-500mg is sufficient, nice work here.
GABA (500mg): for production of growth hormone, dosages of 3,000-5,000 seem to be the range. We are low.
Phenibut (500mg): no optimal dosages, but 500mg is sufficient starting point. I have seen this between 250mg and 1.6g.
ZMA Blend (552mg): this depends but typically you like to see Zinc around 30mg, Magnesium Aspartate at 450mg and B6 around 11mg. What’s confusing with my label is that it has these ingredients listed above the actives as well.
Overall, dosage is OK on a couple ingredients, but lack in other areas. Effectiveness

I will admit that the Phenibut does help with sleep. I had good night’s sleep using only the 500mg of Phenibut. It is hard to say on the test levels and muscle recovery, however. Looking at the label, I find it hard to believe that the GABA is doing anything at all. ZMA blend may be helping but this isn’t something you can “feel.”Overall, I look at this more as a sleep aid, and it does OK with that.

Shockingly, this is only $28 for 25-servings, which isn’t terrible.
