Overview of MuscleForce BCAA+EAA's

MuscleForce BCAA+EAA is an amino acid supplement meant to aid in overall recovery and hydration to optimize performance in the gym. With 10 grams of BCAA, and another 1.6+ grams of EAAs as well, it certainly delivers a solid dose of aminos that is sure to get your muscle protein synthesis jumpstarted.

The flavors are some of the best we’ve had to date, and there is certainly an increase in recovery, as DOMS were certainly down. We highly suggest this product for people who want a versatile amino acid supplement who also want it to taste awesome.

Why You Should Trust Our Reviews

  • EXPERT REVIEW PANEL
Our review panel is made up of individuals with many years of experience in the sports nutrition industry, dating back to the early 2000’s. Their tenure gives them knowledge on brands, supplements, ingredients, dosages and more.
  • FULL CONTAINER REVIEWS
Unlike the majority of “review” sites on the internet, Fitness Informant reviews every supplement on a full-container basis. What does this mean? It means that a review is not written or recorded until the last serving of that product has been finished. We’ve all had products that were great for the first couple of days, but then lost their effectiveness shortly after. We want to ensure you are getting a full review based on a full product.
  • INGREDIENT EDUCATION
We breakdown each ingredient in our reviews to educate you on exactly what the ingredients do, and what is the proper dosage of each ingredient to effectively do what they are intended to do.
  • 100% HONEST – NO B.S. REVIEWS
Our number #1 priority is to inform you proper supplement selection through honest reviews. The majority of “review” sites on the internet will push you to buy a certain product based on the commissions they received. Not us. We want you to purchase the highest quality supplements at the best value. We put your health and wellness first. To achieve your goals we want you to use only the best supplements that you can afford. We do this by being honest.

Testing Results and Ratings

We reviewed MuscleForce BCAA+EAA's on five categories. We first start by looking at its ingredient profile. This portion of the review looks at the different ingredients used in the Amino Acid supplement, what their intention is and how effectively dosed are each ingredient.

RYSE

We then look at effectiveness. An effective Amino Acid product will use high quality, proven ingredients, at clinically backed dosages.  This is generally an extension of the profile section. The higher quality ingredients used at proper dosages, the more effective that Amino Acid will be.

Then we move into the taste of the different flavors we’ve tried. We grade each flavor separately and average the scores for their overall taste rating. We were able to test out the following flavors: Rainbow Sherbet and Strawberry Lemonade

Mixability refers to how well the powder mixes in 6-8oz of water. We use the shaker bottle test. We use the Official Shaker Cup of Fitness Informant, the Ice Shaker.

Finally, we talk about value. Value is the combination of profile, effectiveness, taste and mixability in relation to cost. Another part of value are the competitors and other versions of Amino Acid products on the market.

Ingredients Profile

(8.7/10)

muscleforce

BCAA+EAA is a pretty straight forward product. To start, we have to give props for it being a transparent formula… no prop blends here!

This profile starts off with the familiar BCAAs we all know and love. You get a whopping 10 grams of them in here. This is double the standard dose on the market and may even be unnecessary, as there is a point of diminishing returns. BCAAs, Leucine in particular, are important for jumpstarting MPS, which is why we supplement with them. You also get 1.6+ grams of the other 6 essential amino acids (EAAs) in here. While there are products out there with more, we still find this to be enough.

The hydration ingredients in here are solid as well. We get 1 gram of Taurine, and amino acid that promotes blood flow and can prevent cramping. We also get Coconut Water Powder, which is a source of electrolytes. Following this we get 125mg of Pink Himalayan salt. Salt can aid in hydration and prevent cramping as well.

Finally, we have 50mg of AstraGin, which is a trademarked ingredient that increases the bioavailability of the ingredients in your supplements.

Effectiveness

(8.8/10)

It can be hard to rate the effectiveness of an amino acid supplement. You kind of have to go by recovery for the most part. With the hydration ingredients you can also go by whether or not your cramp during your workouts or not. With that said, there was an increase in recovery and a noticeable decrease in DOMS. Of course a lot goes into recovery, but even with Ryan being in a caloric deficit and Gerhard being in a maintenance phase, both reported an increase in recovery.

The hydration aspect was solid as well, and there were only some moments where cramping occurred, however this could be due to other reasons. Overall, it does its job and is comparable to many other amino acid products on the market.

Taste

Rainbow Sherbert: (9.2/10)
Strawberry Lemonade: (9.0/10)

We had both the Rainbow Sherbert flavor and the Strawberry Lemonade flavors. Both were really good. MuscleForce is one of the more underrated brands when it comes to flavoring, and they really know how to make a product taste great. Strawberry Lemonade is true to the name, and even resembles a pink starburst to a small degree.

The Rainbow Sherbert  is good as well. Kind of reminds us of a rainbow snow cone and the taste should be familiar to many of you. Neither are overly sweet and we have no problem recommending them. We suggest Rainbow Sherbert to start, as it is really impressive!

Mixability

(8.8/10)

The mixability of BCAA+EAAs is solid. As with any BCAA/EAA product, there is always going to be some foam, but other than that we didn’t have any clumping issues and not “floaties”. Nothing gets caught in your throat, and we have nothing to complain about here.

We used the Official Shaker Cup of Fitness Informant, The Ice Shaker.

Check out the video above for a full mixability test.

Value

(9.2/10)
