Tis' the season! GHOST is bringing back their popular high-protein hot chocolate formulas in the 1lb tub, as well as the Milk Chocolate flavor in the sachet packs. GHOST High Protein Cocoa Mix will be available in Milk Chocolate and Chocolate Peppermint.
This is the third year that GHOST has launched their high protein hot cocoa. The first year it was only available in Milk Chocolate. Last year the brand introduced us to Chocolate Peppermint. This year they are returning both.
The uniqueness of the protein used by GHOST is that they use Glanbia's ProTherma protein. This is meant to withstand high temperatures without denaturing the protein.
Each serving of GHOST high protein hot cocoa contains 20g protein per serving.
The Milk Chocolate flavor includes mini marshmallows as well.
Final Takeaway
Love this product a lot. They are both great flavors, but I personally would take Chocolate Peppermint over Milk Chocolate. I only with the Peppermint version had mini marshmallows because who doesn't love them!?
