As you have seen by now, GHOST has teamed up with influencer, YouTuber and NASM certified trainer Sydney Cummings to launch a new flavor system in many of their products. Summertime Punch is the newest flavor GHOST is adding to their lineup of industry best flavors. Sydney Cummings is a largely known fitness trainer that is best known for her free content on YouTube which includes thousands of training videos. She currently holds the world record for most fitness videos created. She also has over 1.5 million subscribers on YouTube. GHOST Greens is a product that actually contains two separate blends. One being GHOST Fruits+Vegetables, and the other being the GHOST Gut Health. We all know GHOST is known for their collaborations with influencers. Historically, GHOST has teamed up with Christian Guzman, Max Chewning, Ally Besse and more. Sydney has teased some of the other products with GHOST via her official Instagram.

I'll admit that I genuinely enjoy eating fruits and veggies so I dont usually place much stock in Greens powder for myself. But I have to say this flavor is above amazing and I could see sipping on this as a nice little change up from the everyday water. On top of that, the SFP is jam packed with everything you'd need on a daily basis and it just WORKS.
