3DPump Breakthrough – 6,000mg

The term “3D pump” in the context of pre-workout supplements refers to products designed to enhance blood flow and vascularity during workouts. These formulations typically include ingredients that promote nitric oxide production, leading to improved “pumps” during exercise. These ingredients here are L-Citrulline, Glycerol and Amla. We all know that L-Citrulline converts to Arginine which is going to really drive that pump along with the glycerol which is going to draw water into the bloodstream and enhance blood volume, potentially improving circulation and delivering more nutrients to working muscles. Lastly here we have Amla which has many properties but the main benefit in a pre-workout is going to be its ability to aid in hydration and enhance endurance.

Creatine Monohydrate – 5,000mg

The longest studied form of creatine, creatine monohydrate is the most commonly used amongst gym users. The use of Creatine monohydrate helps with your production of ATP in your muscle cells leading to increased recovery, and strength. With the use of creatine monohydrate also helping with hydrating your muscle cells, this can help with more muscle growth, decreased dehydration and cramping.

Beta Alanine – 3,200mg

Beta-Alanine is an amino acid that plays a role in acid-base balance. When consumed, it binds with histidine to form a compound known as carnosyn: whose primary role is to regulate acid-base balance within skeletal muscle tissue. As you exercise, acid accumulates and will reduce exercise performance. Carnosyn binds to hydrogen ions and “buffers” the increase in acidity; that is, prevents drop in pH. This has been shown to offset fatigue and allows for increased endurance, improved power output, and an overall more intense training session. 2000-5000mg per day is recommended.

Arginine Nitrate NO3-T – 1,000mg

NO3-T is a pre-workout supplement designed to enhance performance through the use of nitric oxide precursors, particularly nitrate sources. Studies show that at 800-1,000mg servings can boost blood flow, improve endurance, and increase muscle pumps during workouts. Other studies suggest that nitrates can improve endurance by reducing the oxygen cost of exercise, allowing you to perform longer before fatigue sets in.

L-Tyrosine – 1,000mg

L-Tyrosine is a non-essential amino acid (one that the body can produce on its own) and precursor to both our “feel good” neurotransmitter dopamine and noradrenaline. It is one of the most popular nootropic compounds in the supplement industry and has been shown to increase cognition during bouts of acute stress, such as exercising. L-tyrosine will provide a slight euphoric feeling that us gym rats absolutely adore, and it is becoming increasingly common to see supra-therapeutic doses of it in a pre-workout formula. Some products can even reach up to 4,000mg. There also is literature suggesting that L-tyrosine supplementation may be beneficial for weigh management, as it plays a role in thyroid production.

KSM-66 Ashwagandha – 600mg

KSM-66 Ashwagandha is one of the premier ashwagandha ingredients out there. It has been shown to help fight stress and anxiety. This may lead to regulation and reduction of cortisol levels thus allowing others to fall asleep faster and say asleep longer. Ashwagandha is an adaptogen known to help improve quality of life through the aid in alleviating the external stressors that prevent us from obtaining a good night’s rest.

Caffeine Anhydrous – 350mg

Everyone’s favorite energy-providing, focus enhancing ingredient! This central nervous stimulant is well known throughout the industry; it is the purest caffeine source on the planet and enhances energy levels, focus, thermogenesis, and performance in the gym. It is backed by more studies that I can shake a stick at! And its potentially the most consumed supplement in the world. While there are several forms of caffeine present in most current marketed pre-workouts, caffeine anhydrous is hands down the most popular.

Alpha-GPC – 300mg

Alpha-GPC  is a choline compound that has gained popularity as a pre-workout supplement due to its potential cognitive and physical performance benefits. Alpha-GPC is known for its ability to improve focus, memory, and mental clarity. This can help you stay mentally sharp during intense workouts. Some studies suggest that Alpha-GPC may enhance power output during resistance training, making it a great addition for strength athletes. By supporting cognitive function and reducing fatigue, Alpha-GPC may help improve endurance during longer workouts. Studies show 300-600mg is the average dose.

Theobromine – 100mg

Theobromine is usually found in Cocoa products, with that said, it is often paired with Caffeine, due to the fact that they compliment each other and are similar compounds. There is a study, where 24 subjects (women) took a combination of  700mg of Theobromine, combined with Caffeine at 120mg. This study showed that alone, Theobromine was able to lower blood pressure, and when combined with Caffeine, an ingredient known to constrict blood flow, blood pressure was unaffected. Now one of the most sought after benefits from Theobromine is that is has been shown to be beneficial for energy, as it is similar to Caffeine. One thing to mention however, is that it does not appear as if Theobromine affects your sleep like Caffeine does, which is a good thing. According to another study, Theobromine enriched cocoa was shown to be effective in terms of lowering blood pressure when compared to placebo and non-enriched cocoa.

ZumXR – 100mg

This is a patented formulation of sustained-release caffeine that is often used in pre-workout supplements and energy products. Unlike regular caffeine, which can lead to a quick spike and subsequent crash in energy levels, ZumXR provides a gradual release of caffeine over several hours. This helps maintain energy and focus throughout your workout. The extended release can enhance cognitive function, allowing for better concentration during workouts and potentially improving overall performance. Many users report fewer jitters and side effects compared to traditional caffeine, making it suitable for those sensitive to caffeine’s typical effects.

Huperzine A – 10mg

Huperzine A is known for its ability to improve memory, focus, and mental clarity by affecting neurotransmitter levels in the brain. It works by inhibiting the enzyme (acetylcholinesterase) responsible for breaking down acetylcholine in the brain. By limiting the breakdown of acetylcholine you are improving memory, focus and clarity. Huperzine A has a relatively long half-life, meaning its effects can last several hours.
