Primeval Labs is launching an updated version of their EAA Sleep formula, but this time in a convenient on-the-go stick pack option. The new EAA Sleep will be available in Strawberry Mango and Pink Lemonade flavors.
The new EAA Sleep stick packs will be available in packs of 16 stick packs. Although the formula printed on the package appears to be a proprietary blend, Primeval Labs discloses the entire formula on their website.
The formula contains the following:
- 1,000mg Taurine: aids in hydration and regulation of electrolytes
- 200mg Theanine: aids in calming and relaxing before bed
- 100mg 5-HTP: derived from tryptophan, this ingredient promotes serotonin, which promotes mood elevation, relaxation and sleep quality
- 2.5mg Melatonin: known as the king of sleep ingredients, Melatonin helps users fall and stay asleep
- 3,587.5mg (2:1:1) BCAA + EAAs: helps aid in muscle recovery

Final Takeaway
Most people will use this as a convenient on-the-go option to take with them when they travel. I know I will. I like the simplicity of the formula using ingredients that work (Theanine, Melatonin, etc). The price point is very attractive as well. I think both of these flavors sound bomb.
