Ingredients Profile

We get 5g of 2:1:1 BCAA (InstAminos from Compound Solutions). These are quality aminos (may not be fermented/vegan FYI). This is the ratio we want and the dosage that is acceptable. I have no qualms with this at all.
We also get other EAAs which people are losing their minds over. Collectively this should provide a full spectrum of aminos to provide adequate muscle recovery, repair and growth.
Outside the aminos, we get 5g of Carb10 carbohydrates. These are fast absorbing carbs that can help restore glycogen levels to help provide energy.

Effectiveness

This is going to be an effective intra workout product due to the dosage of BCAA and the addition of EAAs. Also, the Carb10 helps restore glycogen levels which is needed.You want to look for a couple things. Does this hydrate you? As it should. It does. Also, does it relieve DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness)? It does. I cannot remember the name, but it is good. It’s a bit too strong for intra workout….I guess I like the taste of water, but still not bad. It is very fruit forward.
