Here we have another amazing Sour Patch Kids flavor, Blue Raspberry. That makes a grand total of 5 amazing flavors to choose from(almost one for everyday of the week.) With this recent release I can confidently say that GHOST is setting the bar HIGH on the new standard of hydration drinks.

Again as we have stated before to refresh your memories, GHOST Hydration is a scientifically backed and dosed hydration product featuring the same great flavors you are use to getting from the other GHOST products. With some great choices in the form of Lemon Lime, Orange Squeeze, Sour Patch Kids-Redberry and Blue Raspberry and finally Kiwi Strawberry there is definitely a flavor profile to tickle your taste buds in there somewhere.
This formula uses only natural coloring while replenishing the 5 Electrolytes lost in sweat (Sodium, Chloride, Potassium, Magnesium, & Calcium) and contains nearly a full gram of electrolytes (996mg). On top of all that, we have 500mg Aquamin and 50mg Senactiv for recovery. These also feature a heavy dose of Potassium at 700mg compared to 40mg Sodium (the brand explains they believe most users have excess sodium due to nutrition and diet). Not only is this RTD Vegan Friendly & Gluten Free, its also Sugar and Caffeine free which is a huge bonus and plus over many other options.
