RYSE Loaded Creatine Launches in Two Flavors

RYSE Loaded Creatine

RYSE Supplements founder and CEO Nic Stella created a pre/intra product to consume while training for powerlifting. That same concoction, years later, is now known to the world as Loaded Creatine.

Loaded Creatine is the latest drop from RYSE Supplements. The formula is...well, loaded, for a creatine product and it is now available in two flavors and an unflavored version.

RYSE Loaded Creatine Supplement Facts

Creatine has been used for decades, and it is the most studied single ingredient in sports nutrition. It has been the most proven ingredient to help regenerate ATP giving users strength and power output gains.

Loaded Creatine SFPLoaded Creatine from RYSE uses two forms of Creatine. Creatine Monohydrate is dosed at 4g per serving. Creatine Monohydrate is the most popular form of creatine, and rightfully so as it has been the version most studied. In addition, users are getting 1.5g Creatine MagnaPower (Magnesium Creatine Chelate). This is Creatine bonded to Magnesium. This may aid in hydration as well. Lastly, users get 750mg of Creatine HCl. This version of Creatine has been shown to potentially have less adverse GI issues compared to Creatine Monohydrate.

Creatine can help regenerate ATP and thus lead to strength and power gains. RYSE takes it a step further and adds in 2.5g Betaine Anhydrous. Betaine has been shown to potentially help improve strength and power, as well as recovery.

Lastly, RYSE adds 450mg Peak ATP. Peak ATP is exogenous ATP that can lead to improved strength and power. It can also provide a boost in blood flow and cognitive benefits.

When you combine Creatine with Peak ATP the results can speak for themselves as it is one of the better one-two punches to help reduce fatigue, increase strength and improve power.

Loaded Creatine is available in Baja Blast, Electric Lemonade and unflavored. A unit of Loaded Creatine retails for $39.99 for 30-servings.

Final Takeaway

Love this take on creatine. We've seen hydration formulas contain creatine (very cool) and this is power of a power boosting, anti-figure, and strength improvement cocktail that should help lead to gains in the gym. We're excited to try this one!
