MuscleTech Burn IQ Capsules Supplement Facts

The MuscleTech Burn IQ container has 100 capsules. These capsules can be taken in a serving size of 1 capsule or 3 capsules. We’ll break it down into 3 capsules per serving, their recommended dosing when used as a pre-workout. 

N-Acetyl L-Carnitine Hydrochloride – 600mg

N-Acetyl L-Carnitine HCL can cross the blood brain barrier so it is usually used to help support our brain health. It has been known to support a healthy mood and better focus. L-Carnitine helps with the fat metabolism process which helps turn the fat we burn into energy.

Green coffee bean extract (standardized to 45% Chlorogenic Acid) – 600mg

Green coffee bean extract is similar to caffeine but less potent and can help aid in focus. Although the correlation isn’t super strong, there are studies that have linked Chlorogenic Acid to the metabolism of blood glucose. 

Efinity (Paraxanthine) – 300mg

Paraxanthine is one of three metabolites of caffeine. The other two are theobromine and theophylline. Paraxanthine accounts for about 80% of the make-up of caffeine, and it is the primary metabolite engaging the central nervous system. Paraxanthine does not have any of the negative “side effects” of caffeine such as the jitters. Another benefit of enfinity is it bypasses the metabolic inconsistencies of caffeine from user to user.  

Coleus extract (standardized to 10% forskolin) – 150mg

Studies show that Coleus forskohlii with a 10% forskolin yield should be taken twice per day at 250mg. Forskolin can increase fat loss. 150mg is far below the suggested 500mg in the studies. So, additional supplementation would be needed. 

aXivite – 60mg

aXivite is a branded version of capsaicin. It is standardized to 1% phenylcapsaicin. Studies have shown, when compared to a placebo, that Phenylcapsaicin can reduce body fat and improve gut health. 

Grains of Paradise – 30mg

Grains of Paradise, when used in powders, can give you that “spicy” flavoring. For those that do not like that, it is found here at a respectable 30mg dosage that will help improve thermogenisis. 

Huperzine A – 30mcg

Huperzine A is used in a lot of pre-workout products to help improve focus. In fat burners they are also used to help alleviate hunger cues and can help you stay on plan. A 30mcg dosage is sufficient for this.
