We reviewed Olympus Lyfestyle No Mercy on five categories. We first start by looking at its ingredient profile. This portion of the review looks at the different ingredients used in the APump supplement, what their intention is and how effectively dosed are each ingredient.

Ingredients Profile
Olympus Lyfestyle has brought an effective stim-free preworkout to the market with No Mercy. We will be looking at this formula according to the 2-scoop serving size. Let’s break down this label and see what they are giving us.
We start off with L-Citrulline at 6g. This is a solid dose and should greatly improve blood flow during your workout. We also get a great dose of Taurine at 3g. Many products on the market today only use around 1g of Taurine. This will promote cellular hydration during your workout, which can help reduce fatigue and aid in strength and power output.
PeakO2™ is a blend of six different mushrooms which are adaptogens, allowing the body to adapt to physical and mental stress. This ingredient has been shown to increase power output, endurance and overall exercise performance while also increasing oxygen uptake. We are right on par with the clinically studied dose of 2g per day.
Nordic Cherry™ is a trademarked tart cherry extract that is shown to improve exercise recovery. Dosages of around 500mg have been shown to aid in joint-support, muscle recovery and even healthy sleep habits. We are getting a good dose here at 500mg. Vaso6™ is another trademarked ingredient that will improve Nitric Oxide levels. This ingredient specifically increases the bioavailability of Nitric Oxide, therefore improving blood flow and encouraging vasodilation.
S7™ is a plant-based blend of ingredients that has been clinically shown to increase endogenous levels of nitric oxide. This will induce vasodilation, therefore greatly increasing blood flow. We are getting a solid dose at 50mg. Lastly, we have KannaEase™ at 25mg to help alleviate anxiety and increase focus during your workout. This ingredient is dosed well at 25mg.
Overall, we have a very solid formula here with No Mercy. It is packed with patented ingredients, so Olympus Lyfestyle ensures you are getting only the best. We look at this product as one of the more advanced and versatile non-stim preworkouts on the market today. Effectiveness
You are getting a very effective stim-free preworkout here that can also double as a stackable pump product. If we had to choose, we would stack it with a stim-based preworkout. But during our run with this product as a solo, stim-free preworkout, we were pretty impressed.
The pump we achieved was really good. Taking one look at the formula and you could have probably guessed that. We are getting several branded ingredients that are all considered to be among the top pump ingredients available on the market today. Olympus Lyfestlye included Vaso6, S7, Nordic Cherry and L-Citrulline all at efficacious doses. Awesome job here.
We also had a nice increase in strength and power output. The Taurine and PeakO2 primarily fueled this. We felt like we had noticeably better endurance, and that we were able to recover faster in between sets.
The focus category could have definitely used some more attention. We are getting KannaEase, but it would be nice to have a few more Nootropics or focus ingredients since this product is aimed to be a standalone non-stim preworkout. Since we don’t have an energy component, we would like to see something like Alpha-GPC or another cognitive enhancing ingredient.
Taste
Bombsicle:
We got to try the Bombsicle flavor. It did in fact taste similar to the sweet tasting ice pop they are trying to imitate. It is not a super strong-tasting flavor, but we thought it had an odd aftertaste. It makes for an okay flavor.
We didn’t get the chance to try the other flavors they have of this product. We feel like this one would be hit or miss for some people. While we did enjoy it, the strong aftertaste was bothersome at times.
Mixability
No Mercy mixes great when using the recommended amount of water. You will have a little bit of residue that sticks to the side of the shaker, but that is almost unavoidable. We didn’t notice any grit in the bottom of the shaker when drinking it.
You will have some pressure buildup as you shake it, so keep your finger over the cap or it may pop open and the contents will spill everywhere. It has a sort of fizz to it. It’s different, but we enjoyed it.

Value
No Mercy retails on the Olympus Lyfestlye website for $45 per unit. We recommend using the 2-scoop serving size, which makes this product a bit pricey. Therefore, No Mercy comes in at $2.25 per serving. It is possible to get by using the 1 scoop serving size to further increase the value, but we wouldn’t really recommend it.
