The next form of Carnitine and the most well-known form of Carnitine, L-Carnitine Tartrate. AstroFlav has similarly dosed at 750mg of a recommended 500mg-3,000mg daily usage. This is she same dosage as the previous version of Drip. L-Carnitine tartrate is very beneficial in its own right, as it has been shown to dramatically improve the body’s ability to oxidize fat cells to help utilize for energy and fat burning.
