The Food & Drink category brings in all the “other” stuff we use to supplement out fitness goals. These can include things like protein packed spreads, breads, pancakes, cookie dough, ice cream and more. There has been an influx of products that have come into this category created specifically for the health conscious consumer. Our goal is to dive into these products to let you know if they are too good to be true, or if they are solid options to support your fitness goals.
Each Food & Drink product is judged on a variety of criteria. They are all reviewed based on profile/ingredients used. They are also all reviewed on taste. Some are reviewed on effectiveness (things like drink.) Some are reviewed on texture (things like spreads). They are all reviewed on value. A member of the Fitness Informant staff personally tests and reviews each Food & Drink product on our website. We will give you our 100% honest feedback, and will not be influenced by anything outside of our honest opinion.
